The Little Clay Studio (TLC Studio) is an inclusive creative cooperative enterprise that uses ceramics, fine art, and observed learning to empower individuals with developmental and physical disabilities while strengthening the organizations and professionals who support them.

Through artistic expression, community engagement, workforce development, leadership education, and Ceramics ceramic production, we create opportunities for people of all abilities to develop meaningful skills, earn income, build confidence, and experience a lasting sense of purpose and belonging.
